Unlike the cold and wimpy LED dome lamps you may have seen at the boating stores, this lamp has a 20W equivalent output, and a nice soft-white color. It not only fits the traditional decor, but also puts out warm colored light, similar to an incandescent.
This fixture is made of brass, which is clear-lacquered to prevent tarnishing and scratching. It has a wide angle impact-resistant diffuser lens, which directs the 23-LED 120° emitters for nice even coverage in your cabin or salon. It is meant for overhead surface mounting and comes pre-wired with a bezel-mounted black on-off rocker switch.
Like all Marinebeam products, this contains our Integral Constant-Current chip-set for maximum light output, and 12V/24V capability. If you have tried the cheap boating store LED lamps and were disappointed, or if you are just looking for a great LED lamp that won’t break the bank, look no further.
NOTE: The red/white option uses a momentary switching method. For further explanation click here or a 3-way toggle model can be found here.
